Eat

If there is one thing I truly enjoy in life, it's experiencing new foods.  Alaska is such a wonderful mix of cultures that I'm still exploring the cuisine.  One of the first things we often do when traveling is type that generic phrase "best restaurants in ***" and hope for the best.  Up here, don't even bother - just ask anyone in town and they will share every amazing hole-in-the-wall, mom & pop, and ethnic eatery they love.  Avoid those long lines - try someplace off the map!
