Let's go Loco

Loco Moco, Alhoa BBQ Grill, Fairbanks

One of my favorite food discoveries is Loco Moco. We have a lot of Hawaiian restaurants here, and this dish is always on the menu. Rice, meat (hamburger patty usually), over easy eggs, and drenched in brown gravy - how can you go wrong?! Everything seems to be served with a side of macaroni salad (mac salad to the regulars), which oddly goes very well. Be prepared to walk out with leftovers!
