Slow down and watch...

Another amazing aspect of living in Alaska is the frequent wildlife spotting on your daily commute. It's amazing to watch people who have lived here for decades pull over on the side of the road to watch a moose, or take pictures of a bear. Almost everyone who lives up here understands we share our lives with some amazing creatures, and they're worth watching. If you're up here traveling and see something, don't hesitate to pull over and watch - everyone else probably will too! However, remember to stay inside your vehicle, don't honk to get the animals attention, don't feed them, and be respectful of other drivers on the road.
