Who doesn't love poke? For those of you not familiar, poke is a raw fish salad, often mixed with spices and sauce. If you love sushi, you'll love this. Add in rice, a side of guacamole, and a flight of locally brewed cider? Game on! The Double Shovel Cider Co is buried back in a small business park off C Street and you can purchase flights, growlers, and 4-packs. If you're lucky, the Glacier Bowl food truck will be there and you can sample some Poke. Otherwise, look for them on Old Seward Hwy just past the Lowe's.
